ssh_key_rotation is now public: an MIT-licensed Ansible collection that rotates SSH keys across your infrastructure without the risk of locking yourself out. It splits the job into three phases, so the new key is validated on the control node, installed alongside the old one, then proven to authenticate before the old key is removed. Config edits are checked with sshd -t and backed up first, changes apply with a reload so live sessions survive, and post-quantum key exchange is supported as an opt-in.
