Founder
Mark brings over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, spanning end-user support through to enterprise infrastructure design and global deployment. He specialises in efficiency standards, automation adoption, and infrastructure compliance at scale.
Mark is a core developer and leading contributor to Ansible-Lockdown, an open source project delivering audited, security-hardened Ansible roles aligned with industry-recognised compliance baselines including CIS Benchmarks and DISA STIGs.
He has presented at AnsibleFest, ConfigMgmtCamp, and various UK and European meetups, and organises the Ansible London meetup.
We understand these challenges because we have lived them. Not advising from the outside, but doing the work: training engineers, navigating resistance, and driving adoption inside large, complex organisations spanning multiple countries and time zones. Getting people on board is one of the first things you have to get right. Without it, even the best solution can stall before it has a chance to prove itself.
