With a maturity assessment. Before anything is built we look at what you run, how changes are made today, and where the manual effort and the risk actually sit. That produces a strategy and roadmap you can act on, and a proof of concept on a real workload rather than a demo, so the first thing automated is something that was genuinely costing you time.

Rarely, and never as an opening move. Most estates already have something in place that works, and the value is usually in joining it up rather than starting again. We work with Ansible, AWX and Ansible Automation Platform, Terraform and OpenTofu, Puppet, Chef and Packer, and integrate with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD and HashiCorp Vault.

That is the outcome we design against. Team enablement and governance are phases of the engagement, not extras: the point is that your engineers own and extend what gets built. Support arrangements are available afterwards if you want them, but they should be a choice rather than a necessity.

Most assessments complete within two to six weeks depending on the size and complexity of the estate. Implementation is scoped from what the assessment finds, and you get a detailed timeline during the initial consultation rather than after signing.

Yes. Much of our work is in environments where compliance evidence is a requirement rather than a nice to have, including offline and restricted networks. Compliance frameworks, scanning tooling and audit preparation are part of the standard offering, not a separate practice.
